Propflow AI (flagship product of UrbanX) is a Vancouver based innovative startup that leverages AI to transform community management and living in strata buildings. Our platform empowers property managers by automating management workflows, facilitating effective communication with councils, and fostering connections among neighbours. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as a Business Co-Founder, contributing their expertise in strata management and business development to help scale Propflow AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive the growth of Propflow AI.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities within the strata management industry to expand our reach.
- Collaborate with the existing team to refine and execute the overall business strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the platform's features and user experience.
- Leverage extensive knowledge and experience in strata management to guide the development of Propflow AI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the platform's relevance based on BC Strata Act.
- Utilize existing networks within the strata management community to foster relationships and promote Propflow AI.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance the company's visibility.
- Work closely with the technical team to align business goals with product development.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in strata management.
- Ownership or operation of a strata management company is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
- Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and contributing to all aspects of business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities within the strata management and real estate community.
